Pigeon Pose is a wonderful hip opening pose. Pigeon Pose has a variety of forms and many variations within each form. As we focus on release as our intention today, feel any tightness, tension, or soreness release from your lower back and hips.

Did day 2 pigeon pose. Doing it with the chair worked best for me. Also did day 4 with the rice bag. Found this to be very settling.
