In this course you will participate in more than 50 Guided Meditations over the course of the year. You will begin with 12 when you enroll. Each month, you will open 4 more meditations. Breathing exercises will be included in several of the different meditations.

In this course, you will explore the 6 dimensions of wellness, as defined by the National Wellness Institute. You will gain an understanding of your goals and intentions in each area. You will also learn how to incorporate different aspects of yoga into your Self-Care. You will learn how yoga can move us through the fluctuations of life. Yoga means union and you will learn how to unite the mind, body, and spirit as you care for yourself.
