Join me for this FREE, exciting Yoga Bible Study. Beginning in Mid-June, we will explore Fear and how to overcome fear with faith and God. Here is an outline of what each week will look like in the study:
– Read the Chapters
– Read a reflections from me
– Listen to a worship song related to the study
– Reflect on study questions in your journal
– Participate in a yoga practice, related to the topic of the chapters

Summer Schedule Changes
Beginning in June, be sure to check our website for some updated schedule changes to our group classes. Tuesday and Thursday evening classes remain the same. The Wednesday and Friday morning classes have shifted and changed a bit. Chair Yoga is now on Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30 AM. Tuesday will be Virtual Only and Thursday will be In Person Only. This is to hopefully create more space in the studio for those who would like to practice in person. (I can eliminate the computer and lights.) Tuesday and Thursday will be the same sequence, consisting of a combination of the traditional chair class and the core chair class. It will now be 45 minutes long.
In addition, I have a few Private Session slots open on my schedule, but please message me if you are looking for a different day or time. I can usually adjust my family schedule to work in other times that are not shown on the schedule.
