As summer winds down, it is often a feeling of not wanting to let go, yet at the same time, looking forward to the simple routines that we have put aside for a few months. Our August calendar will look slightly different since my girls do not start school until September and their summer camp finishes in July. My morning classes will decrease, but my evening classes will stay the same days/times. You may see some children’s yoga classes shared from time to time this month!

Do It Afraid Yoga Bible study is well underway, but it is not too late to begin! This on demand, self-paced Bible study will help you recognize fear, understand fear, and then more toward freedom from fear. Each week you will read a chapter or two, read a reflection from me, listen to a worship song, answer some questions, and participate in a yoga practice. The yoga practices are geared to all levels and are shorter than normal classes.
